All sales are final as flowers are a perishable item. It is the recipient’s responsibility to water and re-cut stems. Please note, issues of not liking the arrangement are not grounds for return. However, if there’s an issue regarding quality, a store credit may be available.

Our unique creations are one of a kind which can’t be exactly replicated. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are required due to seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. Should this be the case, we’ll ensure the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement matches its temperament. We’ll only substitute items equal or higher value.
